Room Attendant
, you play a vital role in our Housekeeping department, keeping rooms super clean and paying attention to every detail. You will collaborate with the team and assist guests to ensure a wonderful stay and memorable hospitality experiences.
The Role
Casual loading on all hourly rates with base rate of $25.85. With loadings: Monday - Friday $32.31ph, Saturday $38.78ph, Sunday $45.24ph and Public Holidays $64.63ph.
Adult wages for all team members 16 years and above

Primary Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression
Work within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards
Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well equipped
Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort
Report maintenance issues promptly to support a flawless experience
Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
Warm and welcoming communication with guests and team members
Attention to detail, efficient time management, and pride in tasks
Willingness to perform a physical role and navigate between rooms via internal and external staircases
Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
