Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Surveyor.
The selected individual will be responsible for leading daily surveying operations across various project types. This includes overseeing project delivery, supporting a growing team, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise daily surveying operations to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
* Develop and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians to achieve exceptional results.
* Conduct quality assurance checks and manage technical output to maintain high standards.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
* Participate in workflow planning, resource allocation, and business development initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and legislative obligations.
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in Surveying, Spatial Science, or a related discipline.
* Registration or progress toward registration with the relevant professional board.
* Minimum 5–8 years' experience in surveying, with proven leadership capabilities.
* Strong technical competence across field and office environments.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
