About Our Client

This organisation is a well-established business in the FMCG sector, recognised for its commitment to quality and innovation. The business is investing in lifting capability, consistency and compliance through a structured, modern learning framework.

Job Description

This newly created contract role has a very clear mandate: build a fit-for-purpose learning and capability framework that will set the business up for the future. You will assess the current state, design the framework, select and implement an LMS, and create practical, engaging learning content, including compliance modules and video-based training. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership and can confidently deliver end-to-end without layers of bureaucracy.

You'll work closely with leaders and subject matter experts across both sites, balancing strategic design with hands-on delivery. Key accountabilities include:

* Designing and implementing an enterprise-wide L&D framework
* Leading LMS selection, implementation and rollout
* Building compliance and mandatory training modules (e-learning)
* Developing engaging video-based learning content
* Establishing governance, reporting and measurement
* Delivering training across Melbourne and regional area of Victoria
* Ensuring sustainable handover at the end of the contract

The Successful Applicant

A successful Learning & Capability Lead should have:

* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
* Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its unique workforce needs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decision-making.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving organisational goals.
* Comfortable to travel to the regional areas of Victoria
