Senior Account Manager Position
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team as a Senior Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service to clients.
The role will involve implementing client first principles across a portfolio of accounts within the corporate practice, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times. In addition to end-to-end management of client portfolios, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with other brokers across Tasmania and provide support to junior colleagues where needed.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Consistently achieve agreed service standards.
* Foster effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor changes to preserve these relationships.
* Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met.
* Implement successful account retention and defence strategies.
* Maintain awareness of large and complicated claim-related matters, assisting claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.
In order to be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Proven experience managing corporate client accounts.
* Tier 1 FSRA qualification.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A motivation for client service and solutions.
