You’ll support the AMS operation by sourcing strategically, optimising supplier relationships, and making sure we deliver what our customers need, when they need it.We’re open to hiring this role on either a temporary or permanent basis – the final setup will depend on business needs. Either way, this is a hands-on role where you’ll work across functions, take ownership of key purchasing processes, and help shape a supply chain that’s agile, cost-effective, and ready to meet evolving customer needs.Grow a career. Build a future.What You’ll DoRun RFQs, source suppliers, negotiate terms, and make smart purchasing recommendationsEnsure procurement processes align with internal policiesResearch markets, expand the supplier pool, and offer price benchmarking and consultancy support with a customer-first mindsetBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships, including performance reviews and improvement initiativesWork with internal teams to optimise processes and drive cost-saving projectsResolve supply-related issues across quality, cost, delivery, and capacityHandle purchasing documentation, analyse data, and produce regular reportsManage contract creation, compliance, and negotiationCollaborate with central purchasing to align on local/global sourcing strategiesSupport audits and process improvements across departmentsJump into other projects as needed – every day is different!About YouA bachelor’s degree (or higher) in supply chain, procurement, or a related field is desirableDemonstrated experience in spare parts procurement – ideally in a large-scale or global manufacturing businessStrong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement processesComfortable navigating the legal and regulatory landscape in purchasingExcellent communication skills – written, verbal, and cross-functionalProficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner)Experienced in SAP or other purchasing platformsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actionsProactive, detail-focused, and always looking for a better way to do thingsWhy Join UsCNH is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
