Executive Chef Position
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team of chefs in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
* We are seeking an experienced chef with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
* Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency across all menu items.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and improve existing recipes.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a head chef or senior sous chef in a professional kitchen.
* Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
* Hold qualifications or trade experience equivalent to a degree in culinary arts.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
* Ability to lead by example and motivate the team to achieve exceptional results.
* Familiarity with food safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.
