What you'll do
* Own the full product lifecycle – from range planning to in-store delivery
* Develop and execute seasonal and annual merchandise plans aligned to business strategy
* Maximize sales and profit through smart, data‑led range selection and allocation
* Lead new product introductions and exit strategies
* Build strong cross‑functional and supplier relationships to hit key milestones and drop dates
What you'll bring
* 2–3+ years of experience owning product/merchandise lifecycle
* Retail and buying experience
* Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen
* Proven leadership with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
* Agile, proactive, and detail‑driven problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
