About the role: Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll provide end-to-end HR and payroll support, including:
•Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
•Supporting probation and performance review processes
•Processing fortnightly payroll accurately and on time
•Managing employee records, compliance checks, and HR systems
•Assisting with HR initiatives, reporting, and training materials
About you
You’ll bring:
•A Diploma or Certificate IV in HR/Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
•Experience in HR administration and Australian payroll processing
•Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
•Great communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
•Current (or ability to obtain) Police Clearance & Ochre Card
Experience with Employment Hero and knowledge of relevant Awards is a bonus.
