We’re expanding our services in Wagga Wagga and are looking for passionate individuals to join our teams in Adult Services and Children Services.

* Permanent Part Time & Casual opportunities, Work a flexible shift roster - Immediate start (pending licensing requirements)
* Competitive base rate of $33.41 per hour + casual loadings and shift loadings as per SCHADS Award. (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010) and super (11.5%)
* First Aid certificate compliance allowance (pro-rata)

A day in the role of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in offering essential care and support to children, young people, and adults who may be facing various challenges.
* Work with individuals across age groups, assisting with personal care and daily living skills
* Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
* Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports
Skills And Requirements
* Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive, including to other towns, is mandatory for this role.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC)
* Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
* Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support highly regarded but not essential
