Learning Experience Designer Position
This role involves creating and managing comprehensive learning programs, translating complex ideas into understandable content, collaborating with the Learning Experience team, delivering training sessions to colleagues, developing resources for trainers, attending subject matter expert meetings, and ensuring process updates are recorded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Instructional Design (90%)
* Facilitation (10%)
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in visual instructional design and facilitation, preferably within Financial Services or Retail
* Previous expertise using Articulate 360 and learning management systems
* Experience applying instructional design models and adult learning principles to develop engaging learning solutions and resources
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders
* Proficiency in visual and instructional design principles (Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline)
* Ability to create supporting materials (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
* A curious, empathetic, and proactive individual who designs with the audience in mind and aims for measurable impact
