Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving store sales growth, executing brand customer service standards, maintaining visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, and representing the adidas brand and values in an inspiring way.
* Meet or exceed individual performance targets by utilizing all available store resources
* Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
* Maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
* Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure full product offer representation on the sales floor
* Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way
Requirements:
A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success is required. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required. Please note that flexibility is key in this role.
