About the Role Seasons is looking for excellent cleaners to join our community at Sinnamon Park on a part-time basis, including weekends, minimum of 20 hours per week. Reporting to the Community Manager/Assistant Community Manager, this role plays an important part in creating a safe and happy home environment for our residents. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is always willing to help, and who enjoys building a rapport with elderly people. Core Responsibilities Provide cleaning services according to established cleaning schedules and duties lists. Build a rapport with residents, upholding Seasons values and contributing to a positive culture within the community. Mopping and vacuuming floors, damp dusting, waste management, restocking of supplies and assisting with laundry practices as required. Ensure all common community areas (e.g. reception, hallways etc) are kept neat, tidy and clean at all times. Safe storage and use of cleaning agents. Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and risk of contamination is minimised under the infection control program. Adhere to WHS policies and procedures to minimise risk of workplace injury/illness. Top Skills Demonstrated high quality previous cleaning experience. Previous experience in aged care and/or hospitality (desirable). Passion for customer service and interacting with a variety of people. Understanding of cross contamination risks and importance of hygiene when cleaning for people with low immunity conditions. Good working knowledge of WHS requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in ongoing personal and professional development. Flexibility with hours when workload demands, including ability to work on a weekend if and when required. Requirements Experience in an operational cleaning role. Unrestricted Australian working rights. Current national criminal check.
