About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to take the lead of this flagship Townsville store. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, leading and motivating your team, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and ensuring the store looks and feels its best every day.
You will oversee stock management, team training and development, on-floor coaching to keep sales performance strong, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and managing rosters and schedules to achieve business goals.

* Proven leadership experience in a large format, high-volume retail environment

* Strong ability to inspire, coach, and develop a sales-focused team
