Elite Attachments Australia is an engineering company specialising in the design and manufacture of attachments for earthmoving machinery for use in construction, agriculture and mining industries.
About the Position
This is a full‑time, in‑house position where you'll be responsible for the fortnightly payroll function, AR and handle ad‑hoc accounting needs of our business. You will be an integral part of our finance team and have the chance to collaborate with various teams, including sales and operations.
Specifics of the Role
Processing fortnightly payroll and ensuring Elite comply with awards and EA.
Undertake compliance activities in relation to state and federal legislation.
Processing invoices, ensuring sales order is correct against purchase order and price list.
Preparing and sending monthly debtor statements to clients.
Communicating directly with customers to resolve any queries.
Assisting the Finance team to provide support with financial reporting, month‑end tasks, reconciliations and other accounting functions.
About You
We are seeking a driven professional with:
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation.
Experience with MYOB and Excel.
Full Australian working rights required.
