Back Office Administrator - Mt Lawley

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to join our team, providing essential support to the store and department managers at our bustling Mt Lawley location. This is a full-time role requiring a five-day-a-week commitment.

You will be working with a team of experienced managers, and your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth, efficient flow of information and inventory throughout the store. This is a dynamic position with a variety of tasks that change from day to day.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Data Management: Ensure a smooth flow of invoicing, accurate booking of inventory, and precise management of inventory information within our systems.
Purchasing & Pricing: Prepare and manage purchase orders and create internal pricing signage.
System & Information Flow: Manage location information and work with a large quantity of data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Our systems are automated to an extent, but this role requires a human touch to oversee information.
Administrative Support: Assist store and department managers with a wide range of wide-ranging tasks to help them operate efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience
A good understanding of Windows File Explorer and MS Office Suite.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage a diverse workload and adapt to new tasks quickly.

Ideal Candidate Experience
Previous experience in a supermarket workplace is highly valued.
Experience with Smart Retail and invoicing systems will place you at a significant advantage.
