Join Our Team at Tradelink – Be Part of Something Bigger! As our next Internal Sales Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming plumbers, builders, and retail customers into our Rockingham branch. With your plumbing knowledge and consultative approach, you’ll guide customers through bathroom, kitchen, and laundry product selections – helping them bring their projects to life. We’re looking for someone with plumbing experience who brings industry know-how and a customer-first mindset. Your background in a plumbing showroom or trade environment will give you the edge in understanding customer needs, showcasing product solutions, and driving sales. This is a full-time role based in Rockingham, WA. Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings as required. Your responsibilities: Assist retail and trade customers with tailored product advice and showroom support. Build relationships with local builders, plumbers, and homeowners. Provide exceptional customer service at the trade sales counter – processing orders, quotes, and upselling products. Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver top-tier service. Contribute to store operations and team goals. What you’ll need to succeed: Plumbing Experience: Previous plumbing experience is essential – you know the products, the pace, and what customers expect. Customer Focus : Ability to understand renovation needs and provide expert recommendations. Team Player Attitude : Adaptable, “can do” mindset to support a small but high-performing team. Strong Communication : Confident working with experienced trades and customers alike. Licence Requirements : A valid driver’s licence is required. Australian Working Rights : A citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand.
