This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well-established, supportive Property Management team The role has been structured to ensure sustainable portfolio sizes, strong internal support & genuine work-life balance
You'll manage an initial portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties, reducing to around 150 properties once a team member returns from leave. The role is end-to-end Property Management, covering ingoings, outgoings, routine inspections, NCAT, maintenance coordination, arrears management & ongoing owner & tenant communication.
With a dedicated leasing agent managing all leasing activity & administrative assistance supporting lease renewals & rent reviews, this role allows you to focus on high-quality portfolio management rather than high-volume pressure. Systems used include PropertyMe & InspectionExpress 360.

Who we're looking for:
• Minimum 4 years' experience in end-to-end Property Management
• Proven experience managing residential portfolios independently
• Confident with NCAT, maintenance, arrears & stakeholder communication
• Strong organisation skills & a proactive, solutions-focused approach
