Site Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects in the Bendigo region.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
* Prioritizing health and safety, striving for zero Lost Time Incidents (LTIs) and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
* Overseeing on-site operations, coordinating workforce resourcing and productivity, including labor schedules.
* Procuring equipment and materials, maintaining accurate cost and quantity control within budget constraints.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
* Implementing effective quality control techniques and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
* Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to on-site teams to achieve performance expectations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A trade-qualified background with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial construction.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment.
* Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A clear understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements and conflict resolution skills.
