Key Role in Housing Portfolio Management
Mission Australia is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support the efficient management of our housing portfolio.
* Main Responsibilities:
* - Maintain up-to-date records of property assets, repairs, and maintenance schedules
* - Assist in preparing reports and compliance documentation
* - Support the team with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation
* - Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure effective asset management
Requirements for Success
* - Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
* - Strong written communication and engagement skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
* - Sound level of computer literacy
* - Strong organizational and time management skills
