Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) has been providing culturally safe, community-led healthcare to Aboriginal people in the Kimberley region. Located in scenic Broome, Western Australia, BRAMS is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation committed to closing the health gap through holistic, multidisciplinary, and culturally informed services.

About The Opportunity

BRAMS is seeking passionate Allied Health Professionals to join its multidisciplinary team in Broome, WA. We are currently hiring for:

- Speech Pathologists
- Occupational Therapists
- Aged & Disability Social Workers

These positions play a vital role in delivering high-quality services across NDIS, aged care, and community health. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or an emerging graduate, you’ll find purpose and flexibility in these rewarding roles.

Responsibilities

- Conducting person-centred assessments and developing tailored therapy or support plans
- Providing intervention, therapy, or care coordination services to NDIS and aged care clients
- Liaising with families, carers, educators, and service providers
- Prescribing assistive technology and equipment as appropriate
- Delivering culturally safe, inclusive, and respectful services
- Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation and clinical records

About You

BRAMS is seeking values-aligned Allied Health professionals who are committed to cultural safety, collaborative practice, and community-centred care. You’ll be a strong communicator, an adaptable problem-solver, and deeply passionate about improving the health and well-being of Aboriginal people.

To be successful, you’ll need relevant tertiary qualifications and registration (or eligibility to obtain) in your field - Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.

You must also hold, or be willing to obtain, the following:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Aged Care Key Personnel Check
- National Police Clearance
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence
