Project Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a Project Sales Coordinator to join our team in Brookvale, supporting the successful delivery of specification projects across the Sydney market.
The role
This is a hands-on role sitting at the centre of our project pipeline. You will manage projects from tender and quotation stage through to delivery, ensuring a smooth experience for customers while supporting the sales team to convert specifications into delivered projects.
You'll work closely with builders, contractors, installers, and internal teams, coordinating quotations, tracking projects through CRM, and ensuring projects move forward on time and without surprises.
The role is primarily based in Brookvale with occasional travel to project sites across Sydney to support installations and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from tender stage through to delivery, supporting the sales team's specified projects.
* Prepare customer quotations, orders, and project documentation.
* Track projects through CRM, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
* Coordinate internally with sales, customer service, and operations to ensure project timelines are met.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and installers.
* Monitor project forecasts and provide reporting.
* Identify and manage risks including specification substitutions or value engineering.
* Resolve project issues such as installation challenges, product concerns, or delivery delays.
* Assist with custom product briefs and solutions for larger projects.
* Support customers with product knowledge, specifications, and technical queries.
About You
You're organised, practical, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. You're not afraid to pick up the phone, follow things through, and step in to resolve issues to keep projects and customers on track.
You may come from a project coordination, sales support, or strong customer service background, where you've managed multiple stakeholders and competing priorities while delivering a high level of service.
Industry experience within interiors, construction, textiles, acoustic products, carpet, upholstery, fixtures, architectural materials, or similar specification-based products will be highly regarded.

* Experience managing or coordinating projects from quotation or tender stage through to delivery
* Strong customer service or sales support experience
* General ability to read and interpret drawing packages
* Confidence working with contractors, installers, or project stakeholders
* Solid skills with CRM systems and Excel
* The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
Benefits / Perks
* Supportive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and inclusion. You'll be surrounded by talented colleagues who are passionate about their work and committed to helping each other succeed.
* Care and wellbeing offer includes up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave, 52 weeks of superannuation payment, and access to an employee assistance program.
* Rewarding career with on-the-job learning, development, and upskilling opportunities within and across our brands.
* Solid career stability with a strong focus on professional development.
