Location: Charleston Road Bendigo, with occasional travel to other campuses. Role Type: Part‐Time, Permanent – 0.6 FTE (22.8 hours / 3 days per week, flexible Monday‐Friday). Remuneration: Starting from $110,068 package (pro‐rata), including super, depending on experience.
About The Role
We are seeking an Asset & Fleet Officer to support the effective management of BKI's assets and fleet across regional campuses. This is a practical, end‐to‐end operational role focused on system administration, data integrity, governance and continuous improvement. You will be the key point of contact for asset and fleet processes, supporting stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain asset and fleet data across enterprise systems
* Support asset and fleet lifecycle activities, including maintenance, procurement and disposal
* Assist with implementing and embedding asset and fleet governance frameworks
* Coordinate fleet servicing, compliance, reporting and data quality
* Act as a go‐to contact for system use and process support
Qualifications
* Experience in asset and/or fleet administration or system‐based operational roles
* Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems
* An understanding of governance, compliance and process‐driven environments
* A proactive, customer‐focused and collaborative approach
