* Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
* Handle payouts, floats and cash accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a safe, compliant and responsible gaming environment
About You:
* Confident and experienced in gaming operations
* Able to work independently and handle responsibility
* Flexible availability across days, nights and weekends
* Hold current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
* Reliable, professional and guest-focused
