About the Role Working in a small team you will provide customer service support and administration assistance to the sales team and wider business. Duties Answering phone calls and assisting with sales administrative tasks to help the Sales team succeed. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Handle warranty and roadside assistance inquiries, cancellations, and transfers. Respond promptly and professionally to customer and stakeholder requests. Identify and suggest process improvements in sales, admin, and operations. Support the Finance & Operations team and assist with ad-hoc tasks. Follow Privacy Act guidelines and government policies when needed. Perform general office and operational duties as required. Skills & Experience 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative/team assistant roles. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Experience in customer service and/or stakeholder management. Intermediate numerical and mathematical skills.
