We are seeking a Rural Products Sales Manager to join our growing team. As an expert in agricultural products, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a merchandise sales team.
As a key member of the branch, your role will involve developing and managing merchandise business plans and budgets, processing sales and quotes, and proactively sourcing new business to achieve KPIs and targets. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend Elders' range of products and services that will drive growth in their business.
To excel in this role, you will have:

* Strong sales experience and a successful sales record
* Ability to provide high-quality customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
