Role Description
This is a contract, casual role for an On-site Support Technician in Queensland. The responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system installations, and ensuring smooth IT operations for clients. While this role is remote, occasional on-site visits may be required to meet client needs. Strong customer service and communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
