**The Client**:
Work with a market-leading retail landlord, working at one of their key assets in Sydney's West. You will head up the Administrative Team at this exciting Shopping Centre. As part of this friendly team, you will have the chance to showcase your property and financial administration expertise.
**The Opportunity**:
You will be the lead Property Administrator at the Shopping Centre. You will have Property Assistants who will report to you and whom you will be responsible for managing. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee rent collection, invoicing, and arrears control.
- Aid in budget preparation, forecasting, and Centre outgoings.
- Assist in monthly profit and loss reporting.
- Database/systems management
- Financial recording and reporting
- Lease administration
- Debtors management
- Workplace health and safety
- Management of capped occupancy deals and turnover rent
- General reception/office duties
- Previous experience in Shopping Centre Administration.
- Strong financial/accounts skillset.
- Strong computer literacy.
