Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) owns, operates and invests in infrastructure which delivers gas to more than two million homes and businesses, and is one of the largest gas infrastructure businesses in Australia.
AGIG manages distribution networks, transmission pipelines and storage capacity.

We also manage a large contractor workforce, who provide both specialist and operating and maintenance services on AGIG's gas distribution networks.

About the Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Support Officer to join our Operations team in Thomastown VIC, Eagle Farm QLD or Kidman Park SA, on a fixed term contract until June ****.
Reporting to the Team Leader Support, you will be responsible for a range of administration activities that support Networks Planning & Scheduling to deliver a safe and efficient field work allocation.

Key Responsibilities
Support Planning & Scheduling activities to ensure the safety and efficiency of the Networks operation in compliance with industry regulation
Support the processing and the appropriate responses to customer complaints
Liaise with Supervisors on damages, leaks and mains replacement programs to ensure the correct equipment, permits and services are organised
Manage requests for Site Watch activities and send requests to the Schedule
Organise internal and external permits, traffic management activities, materials and appointments
About You
Quality experience in a comparable administration role
Experience in the gas or utilities industry would be desirable
Maximo knowledge or similar works management systems
Intermediate Excel and strong accuracy
