About the Position:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to support our team in managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Liaison & Scheduling:
* Respond to phone calls, emails, and texts from clients.
* Manage and update daily appointment schedules.
* Send out appointment reminders, intake forms, and reports.
* Maintain accurate client records.
* Follow up on waitlists and expired plans.
* Process invoices and payments.
2. Office Operations:
* Organize and maintain document files.
* Order and restock office supplies.
* Ensure the front office, waiting area, and shared spaces are tidy and organized.
3. Additional Tasks:
* Review therapy reports for formatting before sending.
* Assist with laminating and preparing therapy resources.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Comfortable using business software.
* Friendly, professional, and adaptable attitude.
* Availability to work Thursdays and Fridays.
* Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and comply with health guidelines.
