Role Description

Bring your HR expertise to the front of the room This is a caual or part-time hybrid role for a Corporate Trainer / Human Resources Consultant based in Queensland, Australia, who's passionate about people, learning and all things HR. With the flexibility of some remote work, the role includes co-designing and facilitating effective training sessions across topics like:

* HR inductions
* and workplace behaviour
* Performance management
* Leadership development
* Sales skills and development
* Customised client programs

Dependent on your experience, there is also room to support our team with broader HR consulting and project work, and assisting clients with HR compliance, strategy, policies, and procedures. This includes working directly with clients to perform workplace assessments, implementing policies, and fostering employee growth and development while ensuring alignment with employment laws.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

* Experience as an HR Consultant, Advisor, or Business Partner
* Experience in training, development, and creating engaging training programs
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills
* Ability to turn legislation and policy into relatable, practical examples
* Competence in building presentations (PowerPoint or similar)
* (Bonus)
Experience or interest in learning management systems (LMS) or online course creation

Additionally, for HR consulting:

* Expertise in HR Strategy, Employment Compliance, and Employee Contracts
* Strong knowledge of employment law
* Proficiency in writing policies, procedures, letters, and HR forms
* Ability to provide tailored HR advice and practical onsite support
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
* Experience within small or medium business environments is a plus
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
