Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high‐quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks consistently.
* Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service—greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions accurately.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
* Front‐of‐House All‐Rounder: Transparent tables, wipe surfaces, run food from kitchen to tables, refill water stations, sweep floors as needed.
* Restock supplies such as milk, beans, cups, and pastries throughout the shift.
* Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
* Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements
* Previous barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided).
* Solid communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a rapid‐paced environment.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
