Your Role Will Include:
* Managing a portfolio of SME, Partnerships, Companies, SMSF'S and individual clients
* Reviewing compliance work (tax returns, BAS, financial statements)
* Delivering tax planning, structuring, and business advisory services
* Mentoring junior and intermediate accountants
* Building trusted relationships and being the key point of contact for clients
* Liaising with the ATO and external stakeholders
We're Looking For:
* 4+ years' experience in Australian public practice
* CA/CPA qualified or near completion
* Strong technical background in tax and compliance
* Proven experience mentoring junior staff
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
* Proficient in Xero, Microsoft and cloud-based compliance systems
