This is a Full Time position with availability required for weekends, late‐night shifts, and public holidays.
A Day in the Life
* Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer‐centric.
* Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
* Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
* Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers.
* Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.
What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.
* Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.
* Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
* A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
