Join Our Team as Executive Manager, Remote Services!
Key responsibilities include leading and overseeing the Remote Services teams, providing professional operational leadership and governance of Remote Services within KAMS. The role also involves:
* Accountable to demonstrate achievement of performance objectives.
* Lead development and oversee implementation of service delivery and strategies across Remote Services to align with the Strategic Plan.
* Accountable for the performance management of direct reports.
* Collaborate with the Medical Director to enhance services, meet quality objectives and ensure continuous improvement.

* Demonstrated senior management experience in a complex setting
* Proven success in stakeholder relationship management
* Passion for improving Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
