We are looking for a passionate Events Operations Manager to lead the functional delivery of Conferencing and Events at Crystalbrook Riley, Flynn, and Bailey.Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will be the driving force behind unforgettable events-crafting seamless experiences, delivering exceptional guest experiences, optimizing sales, monitoring revenue, and fostering positive relationships.If you thrive in creating magic, can lead and inspire others, and are looking to further your career in luxury hotels, then read on!In this role, you will:Take charge of every detail in conference and events execution with a hands-on approach, ensuring the delivery of a unique and elevated experience for our clients and guests.Deliver exceptional service and professionalism, showcasing a passion for luxury hospitality.Collaborate with our Sales and Conference teams to tailor and execute client requirements for all Cairns events.Lead onsite conferencing operations and collaborate with the hotel-based Food and Beverage and Kitchen teams to ensure flawless delivery.Inspire the events team across all three hotels, creating a fun and positive environment.ABOUT YOU:Our award-winning venues are full of personality and offer culinary delights to satisfy every taste.
