* 2+ years of IT support experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory & Intune
* Experience with Technical Support and Troubleshooting
* Proficiency in Information Technology and System Administration
* Skills in Help Desk Support and customer interaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Prior experience in enterprise communication and data networking is a plus
* Relevant certifications in IT support or system administration are advantageous
* Has a car and driving license
