This role
You will be responsible for leading and driving the Sales department, including Course & Careers Advisors and Business Development Managers.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires you to be process-driven, think strategically and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
Key responsibilities
Lead, support and coach the Sales team
Execute sales strategy to drive business growth
Streamline sales processes
Monitor and ensure performance metrics are being met and reported to executive leadership in a timely manner
Stay updated on market trends, changes and opportunities
What we're looking for
Proven success in leading a high performing sales-team
Similar role within an RTO setting
Hands on leadership style with the ability to inspire high performance
Excellent communication skills
Experience implementing or improving sales processes and reporting
Strong commercial acumen
