We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Manager to join our team and support a critical ERP implementation project for one of our clients.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and is skilled in navigating change across complex stakeholder landscapes-from frontline workers to procurement and executive teams.

The successful candidate will lead and execute the change and communication strategy for a large-scale ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics), working closely with the Project Manager, Business Lead, and key business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and engagement across impacted teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement tailored communication and engagement plans that support understanding, ownership, and adoption of the new systems and processes.
* Create clear, accessible communications for different audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, from frontline staff to procurement and finance professionals.
* Identify change readiness challenges and develop strategies to overcome resistance, particularly in operational and frontline environments.
* Support training and capability uplift activities.
* Manage feedback loops and measure change adoption and communication effectiveness.
* Help create a positive experience of change through transparency, empathy, and clarity.

Requirements:

* Experience delivering technology and ERP-related change initiatives (Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded).
* Ability to quickly grasp business operations and frontline challenges, particularly in sectors like aged care, healthcare, or similar.
* Comfortable in ambiguous environments and able to pivot between detail and strategy with ease.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with challenging stakeholders and diverse teams.
* Proven ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working with operational, field-based, or frontline teams and understanding how to translate complex changes into relatable messaging.
