About the role
This role is about much more than answering phones. You'll be part of a close-knit team delivering a smooth and positive experience for every patient from their first call to their final follow-up.
What you'll be doing
* Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
* Managing bookings, recalls, and patient communication
* Processing payments and private health claims
* Supporting clinicians and the team with admin and coordination
* Keeping everything running smoothly at the front desk
We're looking for someone who
* Is confident, caring, and highly organised
* Has robust communication skills and a skilled phone manner
* Can juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure
* Takes pride in helping others and being part of a team
* Is technology proficient and quick to learn new systems
Reception or customer service experience is required. Dental or medical admin experience is a bonus, but not essential.
