We're looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Medical Administration Officer to join our team on a long-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in medical reception or practice administration who enjoys working in a caring and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional first impression
* Managing appointment bookings and clinician schedules
* Answering phone and email enquiries with care and efficiency
* Processing billings, including Medicare, DVA, and WorkCover claims
* Requesting pathology and managing clinical correspondence
* Liaising with GP practices and other healthcare providers
* Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
* Providing administrative support to clinicians and management

About You
* Experience in medical administration or medical reception (mental health or specialist setting desirable)
* Knowledge of Medicare billing, DVA, and WorkCover processes
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using Gentu or similar software
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Warm, professional communication style with a patient-centred approach
* Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team
