Supply Chain Manager – Marine Infrastructure Project Location: Perth, WA
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term (Project Based)

Salary: Up to $180k package

A leading Head Contractor is delivering a $100m marine infrastructure upgrade in Perth and is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee material flow, logistics planning, and supply continuity across this complex project.

The project involves a significant wharf and marine upgrade, including large-scale concrete works, structural steel, and piling, where precise sequencing, reliable supply, and schedule certainty are critical. This role is central to ensuring the right materials and services are available at the right time to keep construction progressing safely and efficiently.

The Role Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Manager, and construction teams, you will be responsible for managing the movement of materials and services from supplier to site, aligning supply chain activity with the construction program, and responding effectively to change, shortages, and schedule impacts.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage end-to-end material flow and logistics for marine, concrete, steel, and piling packages.
* Coordinate delivery schedules to align with construction sequencing and critical path activities.
* Proactively manage supply risks, including lead times, shortages, substitutions, and scope changes.
* Work alongside the Commercial Manager, who will lead contract negotiations, to ensure supply strategies support commercial outcomes.
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics providers to maintain continuity of supply.
* Monitor delivery performance, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans to protect program milestones.
* Maintain supply chain reporting on timelines, constraints, and risks.
* Support change management by assessing supply impacts of design changes and program adjustments.

About You Essential Experience

* Proven experience managing supply chain and logistics on marine, wharf, port, or heavy civil construction projects.
* Strong exposure to concrete, structural steel, and piling materials and their associated lead times.
* Experience working for a head contractor on large, program-driven projects.
