Join a much-loved Australian fashion brand known for its timeless style and quality. We're looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead 3 stores across Sydney's Northern Beaches, while managing the Mona Vale boutique.
The Role
As Cluster Manager, you'll take ownership of store performance, people leadership, and customer experience. You'll spend three days each week visiting your cluster stores, and two days based in Mona Vale. This position offers stability, autonomy, and the chance to work with a supportive retail team that values balance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to achieve sales and service targets
Drive operational excellence and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
Analyse sales results and identify opportunities for growth
Recruit, train, and develop team members for long-term success
Ensure consistent delivery of a warm and personal customer experience
Manage store rostering, stock levels, and reporting across locations
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Store or Cluster Manager within fashion retail
A hands-on leadership approach with a genuine love for people
Strong business acumen and ability to analyse sales and KPIs
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
A passion for classic, mature women's fashion and styling customers with confidence
Benefits
Salary circa $75,000-$82,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
Monday to Friday roster - enjoy weekends and public holidays off
