Care Connect is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office on a full-time, maximum-term contract (3 months). In this role, you will contribute to several strategic projects that directly support our mission and the people we serve.

About The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will support identified projects through requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and documentation of processes and policies. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will contribute across the full project lifecycle—from planning to operational handover. This includes managing interdependencies, assessing and mitigating risks, and supporting change management activities essential to the successful delivery of project outcomes.

* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
* Contributing to project and change management activities
* Promoting organisational safety and wellbeing practices
About You
You are a qualified and experienced Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to the healthcare sector. You bring strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, along with an understanding of project management principles that enable you to plan, execute and track progress effectively.
Your ability to engage stakeholders, influence outcomes and navigate change will set you up for success. You are adaptable, technologically confident and able to work autonomously in a fast‐paced environment.

To be successful, you will bring:
* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst (healthcare experience advantageous)
* Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, BPMN)
* Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio or similar tools
* Skills in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related field (preferred)
* Business Analysis or Project Management certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMP, CAPM desirable)

* Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (Care Connect can arrange police checks for successful candidates)
* Participation in psychometric assessment
