Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our agricultural sales efforts in the VIC/SA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that drives market penetration and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-farm visits and negotiations with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
* Manage and motivate dealer partners to maximize conversions on specific product lines.
* Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to provide market feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Organise and facilitate engaging field days and product demonstrations.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in agricultural machinery sales with a strong 'hunter' mentality.
* Technical understanding of broadacre cropping, specifically seeding or spraying equipment.
* Able to work autonomously remotely and travel extensively throughout the region.
* Experience in managing dealer relationships or B2B sales channels.
* High level of adaptability and a desire to grow a region from the ground up.
