About the role:
Organise and influence diverse groups to achieve collaborative solutions and set safety objectives. Prepare and review high-level correspondence, briefing notes, and accurate safety reports. Build and maintain effective consultative relationships with senior management and stakeholders. Identify, analyse, and interpret risks and issues to implement effective mitigation strategies. Apply policy, legislation, and standards to ensure quality outcomes across the health service.
About you:
You have high-level organisational skills and the ability to prioritize demands in a dynamic environment. You are a skilled negotiator with a proven track record of building professional relationships. You possess strong conceptual and analytical skills to develop innovative, flexible solutions. You have a knowledge of health-related policy and the ability to rapidly acquire technical skills. You are a clear and concise writer with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $149,868 p.a. is comprised of:
A salary between $122,784 - $131,352 p.a. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution17.5% leave loading
