We are seeking a reliable, motivated and safety‑focused Mill Hand / Truck Driver to join the team at our AgriSolutions Animal Nutrition Stockfeed Mill in Lismore, NSW.
This hybrid role combines hands‑on feed mill operations with truck driving and local and regional deliveries, supporting our farmers and customers with high‑quality animal nutrition solutions. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in safe, accurate work.
About the Role
Based at our Lismore Stockfeed Mill, you'll work across feed production, and the safe delivery of agricultural products to customers across the Northern Rivers region including Tweed Heads to Coffs Harbour.
Your work will include time in the mill and time on the road, supporting the end‑to‑end process from production through to delivery. This is a physical role involving manual handling, forklift operation and driving.
Key Responsibilities Feed Mill & Site Operations
* Operate feed mill equipment including bagging and palletising lines
* Assist with production activities, ingredient handling and stock movement
* Forklift operation for receivals, dispatch and yard movements
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards
* Support general mill and yard operations as required
Transport & Deliveries
* Safely operate HR‑class vehicles
* Load, transport and deliver agricultural products and stock feed, including use of an auger truck
* Service delivery routes across the Northern Rivers region, including Tweed Heads to Coffs Harbour
* Complete vehicle checks and delivery documentation
* Maintain delivery schedules, safety standards and customer service expectations
What You'll Bring
* Experience in manufacturing, feed mill, logistics or transport environments
* Valid HR driver's licence (minimum requirement)
* Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
* Strong safety mindset and reliable work history
* Physically fit with sound manual handling knowledge
* Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working across different tasks
