An opportunity exists for an experienced
Manufacturing Manager
to join a
global FMCG organisation
at a key manufacturing site. This is a senior role with accountability for production performance, people leadership, safety, quality and continuous improvement.

The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead manufacturing operations across the site in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery and people targets
* Set clear expectations and lead with consistency across teams and shifts
* Build and maintain a strong safety-first culture
* Coach and develop production leaders and frontline teams
* Drive continuous improvement across productivity, efficiency and waste
* Partner with engineering, quality and CI teams on improvement initiatives
* Ensure audit, customer and regulatory compliance
About You
You will be an experienced manufacturing leader with a background in
FMCG or high-volume manufacturing
.
You will bring:
* Experience as a Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager or Operations Manager
* Strong people leadership capability across multi-shift teams
* A disciplined, consistent leadership style
* Experience with KPIs, CI, Lean or Operational Excellence frameworks
* Solid understanding of food safety and quality systems
* Experience in
food, beverage or high-care FMCG environments
will be highly regarded.
