With a strong footprint in manufacturing and supply chain operations, this organisation is searching for a commercially-savvy Finance Operations Analystto deliver best-in-class costings, margin analysis, and strategic insights that shape the future of their APAC operations.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own the cost accounting process across the APAC region, including product costings, budgeting, and inventory valuation.
* Analyse product, raw material, and overhead costs to ensure accuracy in standard costing.
* Deliver timely and accurate new product development (NPD/EPD) costings.
* Conduct weekly variance analysis and identify operational improvement opportunities.
* Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, production, procurement, and commercial teams.
* Lead margin analysis by product line, providing actionable recommendations to drive profitability.
* Maintain and optimise ERP standard cost models (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics BC).
* Support month-end and year-end close processes with cost-related reporting and insights.
* Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve financial performance across the supply chain.
What You'll Bring
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA/CMA or MBA preferred).
* 3–5+ years' experience in cost accounting within an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory systems, and ERP platforms.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
* A solutions-focused approach and passion for continuous improvement.
