We're ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 certified and focused on delivering real outcomes — not just closing tickets.We're looking for a Level 1 Technician who wants more.The OpportunityThis isn't a basic helpdesk role.You'll start with core support — but quickly step into more technical work with guidance from senior engineers.You'll:Support users across Microsoft 365, Windows and endpoints Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT issues Learn how to properly diagnose problems (not just apply quick fixes) Get exposure to servers, networking and cloud environments Assist with projects, upgrades and system improvements Build strong documentation and technical habitsWhat You NeedExperience in IT support (MSP experience a bonus) Solid fundamentals in: Microsoft 365 Windows 10/11 Basic networking Good communication and customer service skills Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through A genuine interest in learning and improving
