About Your New Role
The Senior Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing paid social media campaign strategies and implementing campaigns, delivering end-to-end digital thinking.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic social marketing campaign recommendations aligned to marketing and communication objectives, budget and target audiences.
Develop creative and engaging tactical digital marketing plans to deliver on strategic recommendations.
Be innovative and creative in campaign recommendations and executions.
Collaborate to deliver approaches that support audience engagement.
Interpret cross-platform performance data and utilize research to support an insight-driven approach to recommendations.
Work collaboratively with marketing specialists to plan, deliver and review campaigns.
Brief the creative team to assist in producing required social media content and campaign assets.
Lead team management and workflow coordination.
Contribute to a culture focused on high safety and wellbeing.
Ensure all activities undertaken reflect the organisation's High Performance Principles.
We're Looking For People Who Have
Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communication or equivalent and relevant experience.
